China Expatriate and Returnee
Compensation
& Benefits Review
The expatriate package still remains one of the hottest
topics for companies operating in China. As China’s market continues
to develop, the types of expatriates are also changing rapidly.
Companies globally continue to revisit the traditional expatriate
package for cost savings, and struggle with pay issues for Chinese
returnees and China-hired foreigners. This year’s China Expatriate
Compensation and Benefits Study presentation covers the current
pay and benefits landscape for global and regional packages as well
as returnee and China hire packages. The event is based on the findings
of the 2004 Expatriate Compensation and Benefits Study sponsored
by AmCham and other chambers of commerce in China.
Come hear highlights and summary findings from this year's report
results. The study included a record of 120 companies, capturing
the compensation package arrangements for over 1500 expatriates.
Copies of the report will be available for sale at the presentation.
